Give to Noonday

Why we give

Giving is part of how we worship. It’s how we say back to God what God has already given us, and it’s how the work of this church — preaching, teaching, feeding, visiting — gets done week after week.

Every dollar that comes through the offering plate or through Tithe.ly goes to one of three things:

• The everyday life of the church — pastor’s salary, the building, utilities, supplies, music.
• Outreach — Sharing Hope pet food ministry, Meals on Wheels, the Sharing Hope Vendor Market, and our partnerships with other East Texas ministries.
• The wider Methodist mission — our apportionment to the Global Methodist Church, supporting their work around the country and the world.

Other ways to give

By mail. Make checks payable to “Noonday Methodist Church” and mail to:

In person. The offering is taken during Sunday service. There’s also a giving box near the welcome table.

Designated gifts. If you’d like your gift to go to a specific ministry — Sharing Hope, the music program, building maintenance — note it on your check or in the Tithe.ly memo.

Tax information

Noonday Methodist Church is a religious nonprofit. Your gifts are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Annual giving statements are mailed each January.
